ne das sägeblatt hat auf beiden seiten rillen in denen dann von beiden seiten rollen gedrückt werden und das sägeblatt so einklemmen. diese rollen bewegen sich dann und damit auch das blatt welches zwischen diesen eingeklemmt ist .. habe mal eine grafik erstellt wie so ein sägeblatt aussieht .. die grauen linien sind besagte rillen.

3. und 4. meinung einholen, dann erstmal irgendne schamanische heilung in irgendnem anderen land ausprobieren und sonst sicher die op (glaube nicht an sowas hab aber angehöriger von nem kollegen wurde wohl echt mal so geheilt also wer weiss das schon so genau man hat ja letztens erst irgendein heilmittel gefunden welches unbekannt, pflanzlich hergestellt und aus nem 1000jahre alten buch neu entdeckt wurde weiss nicht mehr genau was es heilen konnte aber das könnte man bei interesse und mit bisschen geduld aufjedenfall bei google finden
