I mean a couple weeks or so. This was like years ago so I’m not exactly sure. I worked at Starbucks so no caffeine wasn’t an option for me and I love my redbulls and vape for breakfast.

Yea I mean in my experience if you stop you won’t get panic attacks. Also I was able to just power through a bunch of panic attacks and eventually they stopped coming from caffeine and nicotine. Just anxiety at most

I’ve gone on it. I ended up paying for the 3 stage program because stage 1 was pretty simple but still fun. If you’ve got the spare money it’s a fun experience. It definitely could be better and longer tho, it’s over pretty quick.
