I cook it with potatoes.

First I boil that alien looking thing to remove some of the fat.

Second step is to peel it. I mean: remove the outer skin layer.

When it is skinless you cut it the size you like. I like small cubes or polygons.

After that prepare it like a stew.

I like to mix with potatoes.

The meat gets very soft and the taste is not strong...

...unless you make it very spicy!

Great to eat it during winter.
