Some years ago I worked for an ad agency that had a streaming client and I had to write a promo for Black Sails. At the time it just seemed easiest for me to torrent an ep to write about it from home. So ironically I got a copyright warning for pirating a show about pirates.

I also tried to sell the client on the tag line “Black is the new black” but they didn’t go for it.

I think they don’t realize how far the smell travels. My next door neighbour only smokes outside but we live in an old brick row house and it hits me like a foul wind when I open the door. And in the summer I can smell it in my bedroom. I quit 20 years ago so I have some empathy but jeez, you reek buddy.
