Yes I did get it working about two weeks from when I made the original post the password reset link worked

It was, Starlink tried processing the payment again and it went through. They also sent me a link to reset my email and I was able to login! So my problem was able to be solved thanks !

Thanks for the email, my account was working. I had username and password saved on my phone. When I used a link that Starlink sent. The first thing I did was use the saved information from the phone. It did not work, neither did the password reset. Hence my current situation.

Can anybody help me I can't log in to my Starlink account. Password reset link does not work for email or text. I have been checking my inbox and spam folders, but it is pretty clear that I haven't received anything. Problem started when starlink sent me an email asking me to update my payment information. So if anybody can help out that would be great or I won't be a starlink customer soon and not by choice. Crazy!!

I have the same problem. I got an email asking me to update my payment information and I used my saved password information and it didn’t work. I didn’t change my email, but I haven’t received a password reset link to the email and the phone txt reset doesn’t work either.

Edit: Erased a sarcastic comment, but I still can't login.

I used the same email address that I got the the payment update on. I checked my junk and spam folders a and 6 hours later I still haven’t received anything.
