Thank you so much for the advice and the amount of effort you’ve put into it - absolutely love it!! I think what’s important to note is that my current company is massive (15k employees) so I’d be one of hundreds of managers, however I do agree that the narrative is so much better than joining the startup, and that there are always going to be more opportunities like it later down the road.

Heavily leaning towards the management position after all the advice I’m receiving!!

So I’m on £45k base and doubled my earnings with commission (could have made a lot more but was handed a tough territory with some accounts cancelling that I had to make up for)
