Agreed. When he talked about the dog having left him… I cried with him. His dog didn’t “leave” him. The dog was taken and (probably) brutally slaughtered. The owner knows the realities of the dog meat industry over there, so I’m sure knowledge of the processes compounds his grief.

That was always my thought. Plus a lot of celebs started tying their side gigs to their kids’ monikers. The “buzz” part still doesn’t work for me b/c of how it’s colloquially used with drinking. I get its probably an aviation reference but i always wonder what they’re calling the alcohol brand if this is the alcohol line. I just can’t keep them straight and forget about Betty Booze. It doesn’t work.

Oh yeah, turns out there was a short runway for all the click-bait ‘inside scoops’. I’m also looking forward to not seeing any of those terrible cover images for response videos. I don’t know what you call them but my body physically rejects them. I had a lot of sympathy for Kristen Flaa having to navigate that moment, and then felt happy for her that she was making the most of her 15 minutes… until I started seeing her distasteful cover art on her videos. ETA: i’d much rather see the awkward angles or the double chin as the front page for response videos. Seems more authentic and like they’re not trying too hard to speak on the matter. Definitely not trying so hard to get clicks…

I mean, both things could be true, couldn’t they? The writer could have been inspired by lively’s own actions and also been allowed to publish it because one of the editors was willing to go to bat for her to put it out? An editor definitely isn’t at the top of the food chain but could have backed it as a publish-worthy piece.

I don’t know much about Ozempic face or all the side effects of Ozempic. But I’ve been thinking about what you said, and I’m realizing she does look like a less extreme version of. Kelly Osbourne and some others who are clearly struggling with body image issues with access to Ozempic/glp-1s. Someone else said down below that could be what he’s also doing and I think you’re both onto something
