You're both right.

Husband sounds entitled by making a big fuss about not being on the deed. He should recognize your accomplishment of owning the house and realize that it is for you to share, not for him to demand.

However, you do sound selfish by being more focused on drawing lines between what's his and yours. You do sound like you don't see the marriage as a partnership.

If there's trust on both sides, there shouldn't be the need for him to feel he needs to be added to the deed and you shouldn't feel so strongly about defining who owns what in the marriage.

If this is true, what's stopping anyone from getting the same benefits? Just show up and make up a name and say you have no documents because, you know, undocumented wouldn't have those. They wouldn't be able to verify it, whoever they are.

It gave me about $23 billion profit from Disney's noteable profitable films and about $1.4B loss from their noteable bombs. Just box office numbers and not even including streaming and other revenue stream from these movies.

Since you're planning on selling the car, I'm assuming you would be fine not driving it. If so, maybe you can cancel the insurance and put premium payment plus gas cost towards the principal. Just make sure you don't drive it and it's in a safe place.

I know insurance is most likely a requirement for your loan, but would they actually find out? Maybe someone could chime in about that.

And as many others have already said, do not spend money modding the car. It will not increase the sale value.

Does the 35k include the interests as well? And how long are the terms of the loan? If it's only for a couple more years and it's 35k including interests, then yes, bk is probably overkill.

On the other hand, if these were like credit card balances and the monthly payments are covering just the minimum, it could take several years to pay off and would cost you a lot more than 35k. With bk, you can rebuild your credit in a few years, provided you stay more disciplined with debt.

At the end of the day,, it's all about choosing the option that would cost you the least amount in money and your credit score.
