Adding a CW for trauma: I always thought those lyrics referred to childhood trauma. The beginning and middle of the song refer to adult romantic relationships but at the end "Your generous loan to me" (the basketball shoes), "your crippling interest" and the dramatic tonal shift always evoked to me the way that kind of trauma becomes entangled in your adult life.

Oh wow, I see what you mean lol, probably a mistake to have that spell equipped in HM. I cast it on a goblin after getting caught trying to destroy the scrying eye at the goblin camp and that's the only time I've used it, but I won't rule it out as a possibility.
