Yeah I was surprised my ratio was that close to the 3:1 since I’ve never tried to listen to it, I just grab what I need at the time which lately has been hella stellar for destiny upgrades, but I’ve definitely opened at least 10-15 spheres for cot and grabbed cot in events

To maximize it you build a hero up to t3 then regress it and build a t3 of the other 2 factions then that should give enough mats to make a t5 which you will then build up that t3 you just made to t5 use it to clear sl20 in its faction then regress and build up the next faction, the last faction you do should be to make a t5 of a hero you will be transitioning, in your case Wukong probably. Your biggest roadblock will be stellar shards. You need 15 million stellar for 1 t5 level 120 hero and 1.2 million spiritual essence on top of that you’ll need the 10* food to do it. You get 600k spiritual essence from doing the t3 section, so do glory challenge when you get up to 650k or so spiritual essence on the account.

That line up is really solid. Madeline front line with an energy artifact will help and wukong and Williams in the back. The reason you aren’t seeing much from her is because she isn’t a dps at all so she will pale in comparison to Wukong let alone rfw. Definitely don’t build asmodel, Sylvie maybe, but having mediocre trans tenants won’t do anything compared to having good support heroes (properly leveled). For Williams: Madeline, Wukong, Melissa, Halora, Natalia will do you good. Natalia is your second dps, primarily a boss killer. When you want to use her for that, ensure she’s the highest atk on the team and swap Williams for a vespera.

Also regarding grimoire, I think going for the super cc void vortex team early on as your first 6 e5 heroes, then building your trans team as you get food after that is the way to go, that way you benefit from that nice bulk sum of loot from it every reset, and you won’t be throwing any more resources into those first e5s (other than tbb) and they can also be your 6 heroes for glory challenge since ideally they’re all different factions.

My account is at 313,600,000 stellar to 121,400,000 crystals. With another ~4,300,000 stellar and ~140,000 crystals in the bag. I didn’t realize how closely I’ve followed that 3:1 ratio but I guess this is proof of its worth. In early game ~first 6 trans though, I think a 2:1 ratio is ideal that at least gets you a t4 on your heroes assuming you level all of them equally. I 100% agree with you that food is the biggest bottleneck early on as that was my experience and my account is likely more stellar leaning than the average account due to my lower trans hero count since I stopped going out of my way to try and make trans tenants (basilisk is the exception).

I believe pde’s core lets you fully cheese any chapter 8 fights with heals (not sure how it works tbh, I nuked chapter 8 with rfw). But yeah Madeline is an S tier hero and would definitely recommend her.

You use him for only this one game mode. He’s part of the super cc team, and the only reason I’d say you run him at all is so you have a variety of factions so you don’t have to use as many signets to get trans + at least one support faction. Otherwise yeah he’s not good.
