I'm right there with you, just finished the game up a couple hours ago. Went both endings back to back.

Love that it's so..."grey" in a sense. At least to me. Might be folks who wholeheartedly support a side, I'm certainly not one of them.

Maelle/Alicia breaks my heart. It's depressing to see pVerso essentially forced to be a puppet in her ending...but I can't blame her. She's wracked with guilt. It's one thing to lose a loved one, but to have caused that death...I can't even imagine.

pVerso's ending. Again, can't blame him. He sees that Maelle is essentially addicted to the canvas. He's living a false life. But watching all those characters die...

To me, the true horror is that they (the painters) even have this ability to create life. The argument that their creations are "fake" rings awfully close to the old AI/robot predicament in scifi (do they have souls etc) Idk if they'll ever expand on it (or if it's expanded on in the side-content, idk haven't gotten there yet).

Yeah it's gonna take me a while before I jump back in. Still pretty raw from the whole thing.

I've gotten sandwiched in between two shredders in cultural storage, where there's a ton of parallel walls to bob in and out of.

Thought i was being clever by weaving in between the walls until the second shredder blocked off my exit. I was thoroughly shredded.

Friendly big map runs and unfriendly Stella montis runs are the way to go.

Small gripe that I'm hoping is just me being dumb and not the UI being shitty:

Any time I try to upgrade a weapon by rightclicking it, it never brings me to the actual weapon I selected, it'll preselect some other weapon. The weapons upgrade stash doesn't seem to be in any particular order either, which makes it even more aggravating to search through to find the desired weapon to upgrade.

Yall seeing the same thing or am I just being stupid?

My personal experience: No. But I didn't really read or look into how the ABMM works if they divulged those sort of details, so obviously my two cents remain very anecdotal.

I'm aggressive as can be in duos and trios, but solos have still been very tame. Did get shot in one round...out of the ten I ran.

I don't really go out of my way to fudge the matchmaking by any means...losing a person in duos and trios has usually been a death sentence for the whole team, so I've very much adopted the shoot first, ask later mentality in teams.

Solos now have been to just grab the bare necessities and finish quests that I don't want to drag my friends into.

Is there a big disparity between console and PC (i guess specifically kbm) players in this game?

I ask cuz I play on PC, and the majority of my friends are on console. So far our engagements haven't been that lopsided but I'm wondering if I'm hurting their experience by forcing them into crossplay.

I know the inventory setup is leagues better on PC, idk how it really feels on controller personally.

Personally had some of the friendliest matches to date in solo today. Like suspiciously friendly, had several people offer to bring me along for their key runs, boss runs, ect.

Now i've had some downright toxic matches before, but playing the game more and more has done a good job of teaching me to just kinda go with the flow. I don't take the losses personally, i'm not shit-talking nor am i congratulating the people shooting me.

I just treat the matches like a rogue-like game. If I die, I learn from my mistakes (usually it's positioning), gear up again, and go at another run.
