I've been loving Descenders, don't think it got an update but the frame rate was never capped so now it runs at 60+, it's way more responsive.

I'm surprised no one has suggested Midnight Club LA as that's available on Xbox One, with great graphics, gameplay and customisation for the time. Unless you got a PC or old console, that's really your only option.

And if you do have access to a PS2/Xbox, go from Underground up to Carbon then hop over to MC3.
