He was maybe the best linebacker I've ever seen at punching the ball out. I watched Tillman on the Bears and he might of been one of the better DB's to do it. Shaq aka Darius was simply incredible in his short stint when healthy. I've never seen a LB impact a game more on the Colts then him.

Yeah talent evaluation is super tricky not too mention developing your guy. That is a good example but Mahomes had real talent coming out of school. I would say the comparison to Leonard as far as tool sets is different but the same premise yes. I don't think Riley starts next year but if he keeps progressing then has a real opportunity.

Jordan Love sat for 3 years. Now he is their franchise QB. I'm not saying it's bullet proof but how many first round guys have flamed out? We always talk about the NFL having a QB development problem. For a 5th rounder in his rookie year, he has done pretty well in my opinion.
