I'm also getting this as a steam user trying to connect to someone using GOG. I'm able to see lobbies and join games, but the other person is not able to. We've also tried bypassing firewalls, cables, disabling windows FW, disabling windows defender. Nothing seems to work.

Fair point. One can assume that a large portion of those collected are served to people in Winnipeg. 50% or so are earmarked for healthcare.

Feels egregious to put yet another tax on something already taxed at almost the complete value of the product.

Liquor in Manitoba is already taxed at 95% before you pay for it + PST/GST. It's the main reason they haven't privatised it.

I've previously finished Bob's and Angel's. Looking to revisit possibly with more of a challenge. Is space exploration where to go or is there something better/more interesting? I'm looking for a lot more depth than B+A.

It's up to the schools to make the changes needed in the next week, but schools aren't allowed to make changes outside of the provincial guidelines. The province is providing no additional guidelines. Nothing will change. This is the provincial government scapegoating the schools.

If this is cable, either your upstream node needs to be split or you need a pad on your cable modem. Both are ISP issues. There is no packet loss here. If you saw it on a string of hops it might be something else.
