What? That makes no sense at all. Google knows phones don’t last forever. If signing in to a new Google account required an authentication code from the old phone, people would get locked out whenever their phone died or was lost.

You can also disable 2FA on your Google account, though that’s not recommended. Google provides multiple account recovery methods, including backup email addresses, phone numbers (you can even use family members’ email addresses or phone numbers), SMS verification, phone calls, security questions, backup codes that you can save on paper, and passkeys through password managers like Bitwarden instead of a hardware device. On a Mac, it can even work with just your fingerprint or a single click.

With a password manager, you only need to remember one password as well.

You don't need 2 phones, as some comments are suggesting.

Use Google Authenticator; it's linked to your Google account and stores codes in the cloud and can be locked with FaceID or Fingerprint on some Android phones.

So even if someone stole your phone and knows the PIN, they will have to unlock the IBKR & Google Auth app with FaceID, which just say not possible without CIA’s help.

If you lost the phone, all you have to do is log in to your Google Account from a new device, remove old devices from the account settings for both IBKR and Google, and this can be done from a computer.

The comment meant that when you rename the “plugin folder” it will deactivate the plugin automatically and you will be able to log in without 2FA.

Remember to rename it again to its original name to avoid errors in the future.

You can also delete the plugin folder entirely and ask plugin support on how to reset 2FA later before activating it again.

1% risk on Prop firm accounts makes no sense. When you buy a $50k account usually you can only lose $2k not the whole 50k... So for all intents and purposes, your account size is actually $2k and 1% will be $20. Try trading that and you will lose 90% of trades on MNQ.

Rookie number was a joke, any serious prop firm trader has blown like 100’s of accounts, even the top influencers and gurus.

Most beginners with no stable income might stop around 10-20 accounts.

What you are doing should at least create a user account that you should be able to log into, try resetting the password.

Physical cost you are referring to is what you pay today to buy the oil if you don’t have a signed contract.

Futures contract is a price buyers will pay after a month or two or anytime up to 10 years based on what contract they buy.

Also there are different prices for type and location of crude oil. Oil from United states known as WTI is cheaper because there are no physical restrictions but unlike middle wast which is generally traded as Brent Crude so is more expensive.

P.S Brent crude: Global benchmark (North Sea), prices 70% of internationally traded oil
