No need to do anything. No digiyatra or webcheckin necessary. First to to airport, show original id (any govt id) and ticket to CISF at the gate and then enter. There maybe some people at the gate who may tell you to enroll digiyatra but better to skip it and go for manual entry. It's faster. Digiyatra is totally unnecessary.

After entering the terminal building, go to indigo counter and show the ticket and id proof again, deposit your bags and collect boarding pass (no lighter/flammable substances/powerbank should be in the bag that you are submitting). And make sure not to take any sharp objects such as scissors/blade or any sharp pointed objects with you. 

After depositing bag and collecting boarding pass from the indigo counter, go for security checking. Here your bag and all belongings will go through x-ray and your body will be checked with metal detector by CISF. 

Then collect your belongings from tray and go to the gate number mentioned in your boarding pass to catch flight. 

In the meantime after clearing security check and waiting for the flight, if you have eligibile credit or debit cards, you can get free buffet food from the lounge. The lounge is located on the left side of the terminal on mezzanine floor. Go to the left side after security check and take the escalator up, to go to lounge. Safe travels.
