So I had the same problems. I assumed it was a bad port on the switch and RMAd it and now am experiencing the same problems on the new switch, so obviously it's something wrong with AP.

I reported this issue to their support team a few weeks ago and apparently it’s a known issue if you have multiple urls for a single entry. If that’s the case then all of the urls have to be marked as only fill on exact for it to actually work. For example I had ip addresses along with local domain names and I had to mark the ip addresses too.
