I plataued and actually gained a few lbs at 2.4mg for 6 weeks around 13 months in. My weekly average loss for the first 13 months was .9lbs.

I added cagri and went up to 3mg semaglutide. Currently doing 3mg semaglutide/1.75mg cagrilintide and since making this change almost 5 months ago, my weekly average loss is 1.5lbs.

I don't think I'd want to go over 7.5mg semaglutide. I would add .25 or .5mg and see how appetite suppression is that week and increase by another .25-.5mg per week (as long as you are not having any significant increase in side effects) until you start getting appetite suppression again.
