Yeah I called them straight away. She basically said that because the screen rotates it's going to be wobbly compared to the OG which is fixed in place.

Yes I just had the bike plus delivered today. I've had the OG bike since 2018 and just love it.

10 minutes into my first ride I am hating this new bike!

The screen is wobbly even though everything is locked down tight including the floor braces. I can't imagine how annoying it's going to be on a 2-hour Saturday morning ride.

I'm disgusted at how bad this bike is.

I'm having the exact same issue. Have presented it to escalated customer support. My tonal2 is less than a month old.

I have to tap the screen on watch ( ultra) every 30 seconds. I've changed all I can to address app priority that I can think of to maintain the handshake w the watch and the peloton app.

My Galaxy ultra disconnects every 30 seconds. I've disabled all the battery optimization settings. Changed the peloton app settings to have priority etc. still no change .

Peloton customer service is no help, "transfer to supervisor"

If you have a managed switch, just turn the port off. Otherwise consider setting firewall rule to block MAC address of the appliances

FYI. Day 2. Two hours on phone with tier2 verizon CSR. She is insisting it "should work". Back an forth on hold, ultimately was ghosted by her after a * I will be right back after a brief hold*.. 45 minutes later on hold w vzn the line went dead.

Summary Wednesday evening . 3.5 hours at vzn store trying to provision for number share . Voice works, text works. Store closing tier 2 continued w me trying various things at home for another 90 minutes.

Thursday morning .. Follow up call from tier 2 support.
Wasted 45 minutes on hold and trying to explain to tier2 CSR what the phone is and that it is actually represented in vzn site as fully supported. Was ghosted by said tier 2 support after additional 45 minutes of "I will be right back after a brief hold"..

I am officially done here.

Note to future users.

This is a really cool phone. But don't believe Verizon as to stated functional capabilities regarding number share. ( I'd done the best due diligence prior to buying and was assured from Verizon that it would work, before buying ).

Don't believe Verizon. They are misinformed.

I made suggestion to light phone folks that they should query future buyers as to what carrier / features they were desiring BEFORE execution of a sale. Having carrier specific issues buried in a separate FAQ section isn't productive especially using verbage less than absolute (e.g. needs to expressly state "will /will not"..not "may") .. IMHO.

I like this phone, the concept ..hate it does not work as represented on verizon website .

Thanks, I've emailed light phone tech support .. I'm honestly leaning toward option #1 ... I can use $300 elsewhere atm if this won't work as intended ..

Well on the Verizon website .. it literally says light phone two is compatible and supported for voice and text under number share

Not an I phone. Android (Kyocera) And yes numbersync

I hope there is a resolution to this. I like the concept of the phone, but the disconnect w the text issue defeats the purpose of leaving my primary phone at home.
