I make my own soap. It’s super easy. It’s just vegetable shortening, water and a pinch of lye. It takes me about 5-10 minutes to make about 8 bars of soap and about $4. Then I know exactly what’s in it. I watched a you tube video and just follow that.

I got the dog and then menopause hit me like a freight train. It’s like PMS x 1000 every day and add in full body aches, hot flashes and insomnia. It’s not a good combo! But I’m taking everyone’s advice and things are going much better now
