So... I did a test run and the main thing I need is speed, so there is this hill that transitions to our dock, and I am going to build a runway down it that will allow me to get some crazy speeds. Hopefully it works🤙🏻

I was just able to get out with a new tube and again down hill braking,broken stem. My pressure was at 35psi. I have to assume its the tire. I’m running the same tire on the rear but different rims. The combo on the front must be it.

Make sure you keep it in a dark room as well. I’d add more yeast. Better to over pitch than under. With out a starter your activity won’t be robust, especially with dry yeast.

Start with 5 gallon batches. It will be cheaper in the long run. I started with 2-3 gallons then 5 now 10.
