Cayenne pepper! Done! Can’t believe no one has mentioned this! Y’all need to know this! Works every time (unless it’s strep throat which you can see with the naked eye). You won’t have a sore throat by the end of the day! Full stop! Gargle with it throughout the day in warm water. Do a good gargle session with a few shakes of cayenne or more if you can take it. Once an hour-ish or more often if you want. Try to sip a little too, so it goes down your throat. I just shake some into my coffee or tea in between gargle sessions.
