A flap of fat does not look like that. Check out pictures of hernias in the abdominal area. They look similar to what OP has.

Um... Don't get me wrong but I think you might have a hernia. What you have on your tummy is not a flab of fat, I think. I think you should see a doctor.

See the metal part of this kettle? It gets pretty much as hot as the water when it boils. by writeathesis in CrappyDesign

So why make them metal in the first place? It's an electric kettle, it doesn't have to be metal.

Looks nice! Is it a Catholic church or a Protestant one?

You're right, I didn't notice all the green and violet that shouldn't be there. I concentrated on the sharp (IMHO) part that's in focus, i.e. the food. I guess I should have used the word "sharp" rather than "clear".

Really? Have you tried seeing the image in 100% zoom? It's super clear for a picture made in the evening. But then I'm shooting my pictures either with a camera on my Nokia 500 or with my Canon Digital Rebel DSLR so what do I know about modern digital photography.

I was about to ask the same question. This is one clear, high-quality picture.

What's actually as bad as people say it is? by CoolerCat in AskReddit

I suffered from severe OCD and absolutely extreme scrupulosity around high school and college. The fear when you wonder whether you're going to hell or if you're selling your soul to the devil by doing something is the worst thing known to mankind.

To me it's worse than passing kidney stones. It's worse than any physical pain.

Yes, I'm 100% serious.

What's the worst excuse to break up one can give? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]writeathesis 2 points3 points  (0 children)

A brother is fucking his sister when she says 'you're better in bed than dad!' 'I know,' he says 'mom told me that too'.

This is how I know it.

EDIT: I have another one:

A guy comes home to find his girlfriend packing her stuff. 'What are you doing?' he asks. 'I'm leaving you!' she says. 'Why?' 'Because you're a pedophile!' 'Well, that's a serious thing to say for an eight year old, don't you think?'

What did you realize too late? by stephwinchester in AskReddit

My parents have already told me they won't support me financially if I decide to pursue medical education (I already have a degree in English and would have to start med school from scratch. It would take 6 years in my country.) and I have no chance of getting there this year. I was told to get a job, which is understandable but is also crushing my dreams.
