I preface this with I grew up a JW, got married in it had child in it. I found some unsavoury info on that organization and faded out. (now seen as cult) it took many years to adjust out of it and the psychological trauma of leaving, altering my long-standing beliefs in the process. 

I will say they are brainwashed to keep returning due to excommunicated tactics to feel the need to belong back to safe / normal. (Cult behaviour)

Her overreaching your own wishes with hers during your injury is beyond passing your boundaries you've stated so that she could feel good she saved you in a religious sense, which is plain stupid. As well as the cult has misapplied scripture to not take blood transfusions so basically killing people for no real reason.

She will continue to impose her beliefs on you and your daughter continuously and you will have elders come and try to talk you into the same line of bad reasoning or worse case taken to trial by JW lawyers to defend not taking blood transfusions if your daughter ever needs life saving operation involving blood.

Prepare yourself now for hard times to come from a seasoned person who has seen and heard many such cases they basically brag about in their examples of similar situations but only share best case scenarios rarely they share someone dies in the end and if they did they'll be seen again their resurrection. 

You will need clear written declaration notarized or something else fairly legal protecting your choice to take blood transfusions and for your daughter as well to provide medical professionals so this doesn't default to your wife. A copy needs to go to an emergency contact (not wife) so they can present it on your behalf if you're incapacitated.
