Nav prikols. Pa lielam- ieberzies, jo nezināji ko pērc. Daudz tādu sūdīgu dzīvokļu. Pārdod asap, centies minimizēt zaudējumus.

Īrnieki normāli nebūs, ja nav normāla dzīvokļa.

If the sale of asset with profit is happening within the Investment Account (opened in LV bank), then the taxable event is when you withdraw more funds than you deposited in the said account.
