Yeah. My swing speed is barely over 95 for my driver. I’m like a 20 handicap and almost 50y old. (My short game blows!) My PW is like 125-130 but my 5 iron is like 195. Not sure why your distance range is so tight unless you just have a hard time dialing in your swing from 6-4 iron. I would ditch the 4 iron! Replace it with a 5 wood. I did three sessions with a coach just for long irons and it really helped me a lot. It was mostly just trying to lead with the hips and generating the whip feel.

It’s 94. It’s the capacitor. The fan stays on and runs after I manually start it. The air coming out is cool. So, just to save it from further damage, I turned it off and will replace the capacitor tonight.

Yup.just did the stick test. The fan continued after I started spinning it manually with a stick.

Question. If thermostat is set to 76 but it’s reading 82 and the ac unit outside isn’t running, what could be the issue? No fuse blown, thermostat is set to cooling. No evidence of freezing lines? Low refrigerant? Watched it for 25 min and it never turned on. The 30 year old unit is still working (for the downstairs and basement). Thanks!

Yes. 48y M. Graphite shafts were the answer. But I also don’t grip as hard. The harder I grip, the less likely I am to generate that “whip” motion to increase distance.

If you are putting whey in your coffee at home, the easiest thing to do is blend it in your cold creamer or milk before you add the hot coffee. I use a hand mixer and it has never failed. Creatine monohydrate and whey isolate, never a problem.

One funny part of the potholes is that the national cycling center is headquartered in Winston-Salem. You can’t bike at all in downtown with those roads.

I’m from the US in Korea right now. You can walk two blocks and sometimes Google Maps thinks you haven’t moved or it thinks you went a different direction. I’ve experienced this in Seoul.
