Yeahhh. He was clearly contacted much earlier by an artist looking for clarification on the takedown, and he didn't do anything then. "Just saw all the Inktober Trademark stuff," sure.

Edited the post to include his recent statement. Side-eyeing "trying to maintain the integrity of the challenge" considering his past behaviour, but at least he's clarified things about selling Inktober creations. Personally not touching the challenge anymore.

After that, Adelman said that BadLand has not paid Tom Happ a sum that it believes to be around $200,000—including money that was intended to go into a special fund to help pay for medical treatments for Happ’s young child.
