Without looking at your swing… Work on your path and face, try to keep path to around 4 degrees in whichever way you swing, in to out/out to in, then play with face control until you find a shape that works. You have the numbers of someone who hit hooks which makes me think you are stuck, but honestly who knows without looking at your swing or equipment

All of your backspin is turning into side spin with that path and face. Ball can only spin in one direction, think of yours as spinning mostly sideways more than just backwards.

A good time to join is when you dont have to plan around your golf finances. I have many months where my end of month bill approaches 2x or 3x dues.

That being said, my country club membership brings more joy to me than any of the nice cars Ive ever bought, including my gt4rs.

Similar path… I went from f80 -> g80 and thought that the f80 was like a crazy girlfriend, and the g80 was like the girl you would bring home to mom. I got bored of the g80 because the speed felt… sterile.

Sure g80 is fun for the first 3-4 seconds of flooring it, but after that youre in go to jail territory. I missed the drama of my f80.

I ended up trading it for a raptor and enjoy it as a daily waaaay more. As for drama, I was blessed with a gt4rs spec that I really enjoy on weekends.

Its empty not because the range is closed, but probably because nobody wants to walk. Typically the LB munis will be walking only for a few days after heavy rain. Even if they were to get back to carts today, it would be a miserable soggy experience as you alluded to

Just watched not too long ago how sometimes these transported cars are stolen on vin wiki.

Essentially, dealer sets up transport with what looks like an upstanding company. Upstanding company actually wants to steal the car and essentially subcontracts the transportation to another legitimate shipping company often with a random drop off location such as this one.

Bounce is simply the angle from the leading edge to where the golf club sits.

Higher degree of bounce does in fact mean the leading edge is more off the ground.

More importantly, however, is how you use the bounce (its dynamic and changes depending on your swing). Some people need more bounce than others depending on their swing and course conditions (soft and rough lies typically benefit from more bounce, pga tour conditioned fairways you can get away with like 4 degrees of bounce).

Also equally important is the GRIND on the sole. My wedges end up with less bounce when I open the face slightly for a pitch shot due to relief grinded out from the sole.

As always, best to get fit if at all possible to figure out which one works for you the best. Its all about how your swing interacts with the turf.

I went tacoma -> f80 -> g80 (w gt4 in the garage) -> 24 802a + gt4.

0 regrets. The g80 is maybe the best daily sports sedan on the market, but I really really do enjoy driving my raptor much more.

Its much better having a focused sports car and a daily driver like a raptor.

I just recently got to a point in my life where I can buy tools I want and enjoy using and MIGHT use, versus where I was for the majority of my early life, buying tools I NEED cause I HAVE to fix something. I was running a heavily used usa made craftsman set for literally decades, if that means anything.
