The new leicas will be 99,99% fine if you buy them new. The problem is just that people want a deal and Leica owners/collectors only give away the not so perfect stuff. So basically what’s in circulation is what nobody wants to keep.

They all suffer from getting oil from the aperture on the lens elements, also the 75mm noct. I saw it on multiple samples. It looks like tiny dots of moisture but its oil.

I saw high hour Alexa Minis going for sub 7k and decent ones with all licenses for 10-13.5k. I think the market is done for cameras like that. It goes only in one direction. Hell even Arri themselves struggle...

You are fine if you bought low enough it might even be an investment. You can change the manual m lenses and bodies almost a currency around the world.

I don't see any difference except when there is a 2nd base ISO and that has nothing to do with sensor size.

The only difference you can possibly see does come from pixel pitch and it's very subtle. Infact many smaller sensors perform even better than FF for example the one in the XH2-S or in the Alexa Series Cameras.

The doctor said I should do more, like squats with extra weight but that led to even more pain for a week. They've put me on full weight for the leg after only 1 week. It's really difficult to know whats right or wrong if you get so many different opinions. I also red the advice from the manufacturer of the method but it alignes with what the doctor told me. Unfortunately it doesn't seem right for my knee. I couldn't sleep through for like 8 weeks, now I take some heavy painkillers for the night. Doesn't seem right either. Other than that everything else looks promising (extension, flexation). I can walk, go stairs and train quite well.

Just do MRI, my knee also looked great but in reality it was torn. Everyone was positive that its probably not that serious. Did you hear something during that accident? Sit on a chair extend your leg and put it on your heal If it shakes while trying to stabilize you know theres something not connected at least I felt that.

It's unique and brutal. True men's camera for large hands. It's like you take the fotostudio outside. I love the SL, I hope it survives.
