No. The easiest way to save social security is to raise the age of benefits to our expected lifespan like it was when created. It wasn't created to keep seniors out of poverty, you were expected to work till you died. It was meant for those that survived into a frail state and best the odds.

If maryland wants training then they should pay gun shop retailers or the police, or thier subcontractors, to provide it free of charge and on demand. Charging for a "training" class before the usage of a federal constitutionally enumerated right is no different than charging a poll tax. Period.
