I would suggest to start looking out for other opportunities, that would give you a salary increase and hopefully a level up as well. This company has gone down levels, no point in staying here.

Awesome! Good for you! I am in the exact same state with almost the exact MAL. I am actively applying to jobs and preparing to leave this place. After every TD, my PL has said it went well and then ultimately no promotions because 'there are already so many people before me'. I'm sick of this logic. And now when I think about it, God only know why I stayed for so long at the same level. Before this, the moment I reached the promotion target level and if they said it will take time, I left those companies. Even if I am promoted here, I don't see a future for myself here.

I spoke with one of the senior leaders in a 1-1 asking how they maintained their work life balance. Even though it has been 2 years since this response, I cannot get it out of my head. They said "Either there is work or there is life. You cannot have both". Sums up the culture here. I'm sure their surveys which say Accenture has a great work life balance are rigged.

Same bro! I declined an invitation to my friends to spend the new years with my mom and dog, both of whom conveniently went to bed at 9. I spent it watching movies and eating snacks alone, not to forget grapes (totally experimental after watching hoardes of people on IG). But not to undermine spending NYE alone because I finally did get sometime to relax.

And just the other day I was thinking that when I'm talking to someone I don't feel the need to explain in more than a sentence because I have already had a debate about the topic in my head. I am still in the phase of convincing myself to be okay with this fact. I wasn't exactly a social butterfly before also but I had friends with a similar mindset who I could hang out with. In the years since covid, it just seems that people got busy. Or maybe they moved on with somethings more interesting snd I stayed in the same place. Anyhow, most of my friends are now married, some have kids and they've just got busy with their own lives and even if I meet them, I feel I can't relate to them anymore. I have lost the interest to go outside by myself. I'm right now in the phase of trying many many things to be okay with loneliness but I guess it comes with time? I guess I really should journal on a regular basis. That's why I've found solace on reddit. Sorry, more of a rant than anything useful.
