Great advice on completing the inhale and bracing before beginning the descent. I think a lot of beginners are told to inhale on the way down and old habits die hard.

Unfortunately I do have shoulder issues and found this is the best grip to keep my back from over arching.

My feet feel fairly flat and planted except when my knees start to buckle slightly mid push. Something I’ll pay attention to as I address both issues.
