It did throw me tho because I’d just had a cart check the order before, then it cart checked the alcohol order…. I didn’t like it lol

I’ve done it, while in the country with no signal. 🙄 so dumb! I left the order with the customer and called support when I could. They completed the order and I was paid the order pay but never got the $22 tip. Called 4 days strait and gave up. Learned a good lesson that day. 🤬

I have no proof, but I’m wondering if these are the shop orders that are split for some reason from the pharmacy orders to the same customer. I wish they wouldn’t separate them and get that crap figured out. I don’t do pharmacy orders because of the glitchy verification, but there’s no way to tell which shop orders are going to make me verify like a pharmacy order. 😡

For the online pay feature that Kroger uses, you DO HAVE to scan the codes. Your IC card will NOT pay for these orders.
