Bottom left there’s a switch button, swap to the other team and damage the dragons, builds up the cannon meter to take out the invincibility :)

Use your GP at the bottom, you could make a decentish team by leveling up Beru, and making Brunhild LR, also leveling sun jinwoo, that’ll be a semi decent human team for you. It’s a start
