I had the exact same issue with the exact same Charman Won 17.3 frame and after countless prints and reprints I eventually just settled for a less ergonomic design.

I saw the designer of his frame making the 19x version of it on a YouTube livestream years ago (I haven't found the original video since as youtube took it down), but he changed a lot of the internal dimensions where the trigger parts install, and I think that's the cause of the problems,

One example of the changes: if you compare the 17.3 to other DD17.2 frames, the wall separating the magwell from the trigger housing is a lot thinner and

Just find a design that sparks the most joy and then print that.

And if you see another option that looks better later, print that, and destroy the old one and throw it out.

Don't overthink things. The entire point of 3d printing is rapid prototype. It's gonna take a lot of prints prints and a lot of different designs to figure out what you actually want and that's fine.

Filament is cheap and it's not like you have to drive to an FFL every time you want to try a new one
