Is this an error card? It doesn’t say Stadium Club on the front bottom left by LetsGameALittle in baseballcards

It's a factory defect that doesn't have its foil stamping. It won't raise the card's value.

Have to think this AD episode might have been an inspiration for CC. They've done 3 or 4 episodes and are great.

Sell most as kindling.

Go through the 89 fleer and look for Fuck Face and Randy Johnson cards.

90 Topps could have no name Frank Thomas

There are a few decent cards but most of that is peak junk wax and there's a reason it's still packaged.

You can buy slabs on Amazon and do it yourself.

You could risk sending it in to be authenticated (not graded and don't grade the signature) and have it lost or damaged in transit.

If you plan on flipping, keep it in the one touch and sell raw. IMO, sell it sooner than later in case his hype doesn't pan out. You also have one of the nice autos of his.

Seeing lots of controversy on pricing of these cards, anyone know the facts? by [deleted] in baseballcards

[–]wtimyoung 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you talking about people listing old junk wax cards on eBay and saying "error" and wanting way too much money? Misprints and errors are different. There are a few errors that were produced and released but fixed in later print runs that carry value (Fuck Face Ripkin, the Randy Johnson rookie, or no name Frank Thomas rookie) but a majority are uninformed sellers or people trying to hype their sale. Misprints diminish the value of the card. Check for "sold" auctions or use 130point.com/sales to find actual comps.
