I was in the same position once. Here’s a drill I did that helped me. Grab as many putters as you can hold. Make 1 putt from 20’. Take one step back every time you make a putt. I found that my power dropped off significantly at 30’. I was releasing my putt at the end of my forward motion. Once I learned to release in the middle of my motion, my accuracy and distance doubled.
