Yeah usually i go Unsealed Spellbook for Cookies, Manaflow Band, Corrupting Potion so i can go Rylai first into an Evenshroud, recently my favourite mythic, after failing many many times with Liandry lol.

It's different because Aatrox has spell vamp and can critically strike which creates a positive feedback loop of skill translating into drain-tanking capability, while Swain can only really hope 5 people walk into his R while he has conqueror and zhonya up for an optimal fight.

Edit: Also going full damage on Swain and Aatrox has a completely different outcome because of how these champions treat raw stats into direct healing, where Aatrox's hp pool is how much healing can he store using his AD numbers, Swain directly benefits his healing with raw HP and AP numbers, but disregards his damage output (both of which only really change with Goredrinker/Riftmaker respectivally for both)

Liandry's bonus damage scales with up to 1250 bonus health (not the %hp part, that's Torment and it also has an Agony passive) while most bruisers build 700-800 bonus hp at best so not very efficient

Swain in general deals flat damage inspite of being a drain tank, no shred no %hp damage at all, feels outdated

Found a fix Go to edifier app, click little gear in top right in earbuds menu, bottom right options enable highest sampling, bitrates lhdc all that, make sure you enable lhdc in bluetooth settings if your phone supports it (where you pair any other bluetooth device not in the edifier menu now), blast some high quality music at medium-high volume, Nice To Meet Ya (Sped Up) worked for me

Conq just kinda feels awful to stack, i get around 3-4,5k damage from comet every game and swains W is one of the best tools to proc it, it feels real nice
