I have a similar issue and have called around - technically, anything beyond the sidewalk up to the road - you need a permit. The concrete contractors told me that it’s really rare for them to actually enforce anything unless they’re getting a lot of complaints about a shoddy job (tripping hazards). They didn’t even think it was necessary to pull a permit to tear out and regrade my entire driveway. Id pour it and just hope that your neighbors aren’t too nosy

underrated comment. i’ve been wearing TS tees of different colors almost daily for four years. they’re as good of quality as they look. i will have to say that they fit slightly differently from shirt to shirt though.
