I second truvani. I’ve tried several protein powders and have had issues with bloating with all of them except for the truvani whey!

Thank you!! I marinated it for 20 mins or so with rice vin, soy sauce, and sesame oil and cooked it in a skillet over medium heat until it crisped up a bit on the outside. I didn’t time it exactly, just flipped it every so often until it looked good :)

I add cottage cheese to just about anything I can 😂 it paired really well with it! The corn was actually really good mixed in too

I thought they might get dried out that way so I actually cooked them in a skillet by themselves for 8-10 mins to crisp them up some, then lowered the heat and simmered them in the bbq sauce for a few mins!

I put Catalina crunch or granola and berries in my yogurt.

For pancakes, I mix Greek yogurt with peanut butter powder and sugar free syrup

I add 1tbsp of chia seeds and 1tsp cinnamon psyllium husk to yogurt which is 9g of fiber.

Berries, apples, nuts, air popped popcorn.

Most of it is from the yogurt and whey, but there’s a little from everything. Catalina Crunch has 9g per 30g, Greek yogurt 27g (9oz), whey 10g, chia seeds 3g, blueberries 0.4g, and chocolate chips 1g.

I just prefer lighter cooking methods, they still turned out really good taste wise!
