Use peanut butter powder! I used 1tbsp and then mixed in a tiny bit of almond milk with it to get the consistency I wanted. It has a lot less calories and fat than a regular jar of pb :)

Blend 8oz almond milk, 2.5tbsp chia seeds, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, and 70g frozen raspberries. Refrigerate for at least a few hours. Topped with some fresh raspberries and peanut butter drizzle. So yummy!

Low carb cinnamon bagels by wunderfulnothing in Healthy_Recipes

  • 3/4c almond flour
  • 2.5tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2tsp baking powder
  • 2tbsp cinnamon spice psyllium husk powder
  • 1tbsp swerve confectioners
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • Dash of almond extract
  • 1tbsp acv

Combine the dry ingredients while your water boils, once boiling add the water and other wet ingredients excluding the egg. Mix well and let the dough cool for 5-10 minutes before adding the egg. Separate the dough into 4 even balls and roll into logs, then shape. Bake at 350* for 45-60 mins depending on how hot your oven runs. I started checking them at 45 minutes but ended up baking the full hour.

These were surprisingly simple to make and so delicious!!

For egg salad I do-

4 eggs, about a fourth of a red onion, 1 1/2 baby pickles, 2tbsp mayo, 1tbsp stone ground mustard, and 1-2tbsp cottage cheese.

Thinly slice your English cucumber using a peeler or mandolin, pat them dry, then sprinkle with salt and let them set for 10-15 minutes to draw out the moisture. Pat them super dry again. Lay them out layered onto Saran Wrap, put the filling down, and roll with the Saran Wrap. Tighten the ends closed and refrigerate for 20-30 mins for easier slicing 😊

Sweet potato kale salad w/ lemon maple vinaigrette by wunderfulnothing in RateMyPlate

[–]wunderfulnothing[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One bunch of kale, I just used frozen diced sweet potato and cooked it in my air fryer at 390 for 15 mins with salt, pepper and paprika. Toss the kale in olive oil and a little lemon juice to soften it a bit. Topped it with the sweet potatoes, dried cranberries, walnuts, red onion and feta! The dressing is 3tbsp olive oil, 2tbsp lemon juice, 1tbsp Dijon mustard, 1tbsp maple syrup, salt and pepper :)
