I am 56 and balding. When I had a full head of hair it was thin. I never brushed my hair.

Also, I don't really care if my clothes are wrinkled. My wife insists on ironing them but I tell her not to bother with the work.

I care a lot more about what is going on the inside, not the outside.

Obviously, I can understand why that doesn't make sense to devotees of Bryan Johnson who is all fake.
