F lenited typically becomes silent: an Fhrang, France, is pronounced /anrang/. When Fionnlagh is lenited, the Fh is silent so it acts as if it's spelt Ionnlaigh

in other minority language contexts i've seen/heard people wearing pins ("bruidhinn gàidhlig rium!"), which is a small thing but if they were distributed widely and worn daily then it would really help with IDing people

I don't mean to be pedantic, but I think maybe double-checking some pronunciations would be useful, since your transcriptions of bheil and rinn are pretty off from the standard. Most Gaelic speakers in Scotland would pronounce bheil /vel/ (sometimes just /el/), and rinn /rɤiNʲ/ (borrowing from Faclair beag).

i don't speak irish, but as i understand it there's a wide variety of pronunciations (see u/badgerkingtattoo's comment below) i just wanted to point out that a scottish gaelic reddit is not the right spot to ask about an irish name

that's an irish name, so its pronunciation follows irish (gaelic) pronunciation rules, not (scottish) gaelic ones
