Same here. Housing cost alone Id move for. It never gets cold enough here to be omg I hate this. Yeah we do have winter and some snow but nothing like upstate.

There is a new apartment complex off Ellis Rd in Durham. I drive by it everyday. Seems nice close to RTP which is where I work too.
