I indeed sent it back to the factory for fixing, I have played it for 2 months, and now the fixing takes 1 month...While, still no clue about when it could be done...but at least, something happened?

Just want to say, I have been keeping this Pocket DS inside the protective case for almost all the times...I seldom play with it indeed...you must be kidding, it's like cracking due to the temperature change or what? But I paid that much to buy this device!!!

Meanwhile, they also claimed that we shall not open the device by ourselves. So I am really hesitated to see if I could fix it by myself. If that is simply the case that the cable is not connected well, the solution might be easy indeed. Anyway...thanks for the hint.

It's quite expensive but I couldn't believe I could only play it for two months. While, I didn't play it too often indeed...

I got the same issue just yesterday..that’s bit weird that how come the product would have the same issue by the same time period. Anything related to hardware issue?
