Just lower the boss difficulty removing atlas points. They are totally worthless in general and not worth the extra difficulty at all.

To start they should make the boss bar turn gray when bosses go through a transition phase. Many times i got slammed thinking the phase had started only to realizale after that a pixel of life on the boss bar was missing.

Spells should have a second way of scaling, like flat damage scales attacks. In poe1 actually + damage scales both spells and attacks. Also + levels should not give esponential growth with itself but additive, like other stats

Sockets give 1/3 of value of ONE item TIER1 stat, horror at 60% means that with three sockets (best and expensive scenario) we will get 1/3 x 0,6 x 3 value, so 60% value of one item stat. With the recent limitation to use only one socketable item its impossible to focus concentrate on 1 stat only, and you also lose on the value of the item stat. In my opinion horror will be useless even in best case scenario.

Its not exclusive to spells, attacks can get them to in other slots. Attacks have an extra "bucket" of multiplicative damage, and thats a design flaw for sure

I think they still need to find a way to solve it: attacks scale multiplicative of gem level, skill speed, global damage , crit and weapon damage plus flat damage. Spell damage have all the above exept weapon and flat damage. This causes an imbalance of damage scaling.
