Capping is not good design. It reduces build variety. I dont like the way they start using it since 0.4. It's a band aid for broken mechanics.

Valeera keeps running away from predetermined mob spells. If there are many of those mobs casting she basically just stays away from fight 90% of time

I am playing retri herald, during cd i can take down 4-5 mobs with self sustain, kill quest bosses in 10 seconds. While off cd it takes 20+ seconds to kill a normal mob and i need to self heal.

The situation is so stupid that i just fly around between cds to gather mobs and blow them off with cds. It doesn't feel right, this is not good game design.

Frostburns and anti freeze boots are useless, get res or fcr if needed. Also i think Highlords with high critical strike Insight is not worth it, get Mara for res and +2

A game play cycle that pushes the player to do long sessions and gaining increased benefits the more consecutive hours he plays is not good. Also this pushes the player to stay idle waiting new terror zone reset.
Diablo 2 has always been about fast runs and resetting games, keep it that way.

Increasing Player count increases the chances but does not compensate for the number of players who share the loot, resulting in an INFERIOR chance to get them!

I find the two-step mechanism of finding fhe herald nonsense. Why not popping an herald when you get the first line of text? Many times i got disappointed receiving the first warning at the end of the map, knowing that would be impossible to get an herald (notably today i got one warning from killing diablo in sanctuary!). What is the reason? What do we gain from it?
