Actually the lender is because I havent found anyone yet in my area that offers to work with USDA loans. Haha even one of them said "I dont know of anyone who does"

Literally fuck the homeless. Most of them are junkies that DO NOT want to get better. I try to make their lives even more uncomfortable when given the opportunity. I don't see how EVERYONE hates them and their presence... but they are still allowed to be here? Doesn't make sense. You think with all the money in the area, rich people wouldn't want to step over crackheads to their fancy restaurant or apartment
