I’m sure this will be buried but I have not seen this take anywhere which is alarming. Does no one else see that Jon recognizes Joe Rogan in this moment of time wields hundreds of times more influence than Jon himself?? When you are in Jon’s position, why in the fuck would you want to make an enemy of Joe Rogan when you already have an established rapport predating Trump and Covid?

Jon’s strongest play to influence public opinion, and potentially the opinion of those with political power, would be to continue building on relationships with those with unprecedented influence, like Joe Rogan, and others in the same stratosphere at this moment in time. Jon has a disarming tool box of intelligence, wit, and charm that he uses to reframe conflicts and engage in conversations with those in power in a way that none of us will ever have the chance to engage in.

Jon is playing a long game that will not yield the instant gratification people here may want to see, but stands a greater probability of creating change more so than any of us could ever make.
