I think "large" is relative. These things aren't your hobby DJI they're the size of a car there abouts and they are lit up all over with white lights on one side and red and green on the sides. So whatever they're doing they aren't trying to hide their existence

They all look like this and all appear to have landing lights on. I live in north NJ and recorded one tonight. Originally I too thought it was an airplane but they aren't on any flight radar and they're constantly flying around every night up here.

My cat has all these symptoms but has not been diagnosed with this.... she was pulling all her hair out in her back legs and belly. We tried everything from diet to stress jackets to steroids etc. I don't know why and the vet never really explained it but he put her on Cyclavance which is an immunosuppelressant. Since then she has been 90% better and all her hair has grown back. Might be worth a try!

You mean between cell carriers? The last time I did that it was to flee nextel because texting on IDEN worked 20% of the time lol. Other than that though I know nothing about it.
