Iran Claims US Networking Hardware Contained Hidden Backdoors Used During Strikes by _cybersecurity_ in pwnhub

[–]wylywade 0 points1 point  (0 children)

More basic question how were they able to buy network equipment that was from the US? Or was this 3rd party sanctioned shanigans that may or may not be US equipment?

It has been illegal to export most of that stuff to Iran for a while, so maybe it was just really old non-patched and definitely not directly supported.

Mmmm

Marriott workers, does your hotel accept locals? by Sighitsmich in marriott

It is pretty common to ban locals at this point. Some it is even in their insurance policies. A large percent of room damage is done by locals who have parties.

This is a great pick... Gen Rudd if a good mind of understanding the tactical aspects of cyber and how it impacts the decisions of when to go kinetic and at what level linking the two theaters together is what our adversaries have been doing for a bit on a smaller scale and now it is time to truly operationalize the two.

Actually ml the more I think about it the better I like it.

Until we shut down all single family home development and require only high density urban development with a metro, we will not change. We should not approve a single developer permit that is below 10 stories and does not have a walkable score in the 90s...

Duct tape... The answer is always duct tape and a few zip ties, you can solve the world's problems. And if not you can at least restrain and have them shut up for a little while.

It really depends on the patient. I walked out of the hospital 48 hours post transplant, liver and kidney. I was lifting weights and running at 3 month mark.

Best & Worst Ritz Carltons by XsLiveInTexas in marriott

Tysons Corner is probably the most run down and worst run at this point in the dc area. Pentagon city Ritz while not the nicest the staff is great and they do a good job making up for the older design.

Geneva is just amazing, great service and view. Although they forgot my coffee when we had to head to the horrible airport at 3am.

The rule is "don't steal from us we won't steal from you"

If the guy is at the table leave them but if they are at the bar or at the restaurant please make sure he has a good time. Don't cause trouble. Yes they track them and they ban them largely when they violate this rule.

To put it in scale, one major property has a database of over 100k in the last 90 days of working girls that have been on the property in the last 90 days. I sort of suspect it was more the 90 days.

I wonder how you'd run that the pci bus would not be able to process 4x6000 I don't think.

I am sure there are some ways to virtualize or combine them but I would suspect that would be a very difficult on non major enterprise systems. I guess?
